Just asked the waitress for change cause I had to pay parking and she simply refused to help me telling me that she was not a bank and that I should call the city hall to complain. I had also offered her to come back after my appointment to give her the change back and she started being rude so I left... I had only asked for change out of a 5? note... so I shall definitely not recommand this place to visit...
